Like pica, where you have an urge to eat inedible things like paper and dirt, I LOVE the smell of gasoline, exhaust, liquid white-out, nail salons, and art spray fixative. I don’t actively seek out those smells, but I sure don’t mind when they’re around :D

Is there a name for that phenomenon? And do you like those smells too? :)

No name I know of (and it’s not really like pica, as pica is not healthy). So you like certain smells. I like many of those smells myself. It may be that some of these smells are memory triggers for you, memories of a time when you were happy. The sense of smell is the sense most linked to memory. I love the smell of exhaust because I once lived in Denmark, and buses were everywhere. Smelling bus exhaust takes me back to my time in Copenhagen. Or you just may be attracted to the chemical smells in the various products.

I also have a thing for voices. Sean Connery, James Earl Jones, Harrison Ford, Elvira, Gerard Butler, Steve Buscemi, Morgan Freeman. I always wished I had an album to put the voices in ; )

Ok, I am half way through my right arm sleeve. I have a portrait of the Million Dollar Quartet (Cash, Elvis, Pekins & Jerry Lee) on my inner forearm with some stars and “Long Live Rock & Roll”. On my outer fore arm there is a “nose art” piece with a pin up girl and some lettering. So obviously it is a rockabilly styled piece. I am having serious trouble coming up with a design for my elbow. I just want something different than the spider web. Any ideas are appreciated. Thanks!

Your nose looks thin and straight and it’s pointing a bit upwards.

Your nose looks bad when you open it as much as you can, but I think everyone’s does.

It doesn’t look TOO much like a pig…but I can see a very slight resemblance.
