Question by : What does anyone think of my art idea? Gcse coursework?!?
Ok so my art teacher said i should look for animal heads on human bodies and so i looked for artists with this style and i forgot his name (suggeztions anyone) but anyway i thought of this cool idea of drawing me with a slight lion twist – drawing my hair as a mane(cos my hair is awsome) and my nose as i lion’s. Any suggestions? Comments? Ideas? Thx

I like your idea. you could do loads of nice lion drawings for prep. Have you seen David Shepherd’s animal paintings ?
Also, the people in ancient civilisations – Aztecs, Minoans, Mayans, etc had rituals in which they wore animal masks or clothing

How about if you had a really good lion facepaint done and then do a photographic essay of a day in your life – going to school, hanging out with friends, going shopping – you would need a friend to take the photographs so your interaction with members of the public can be documented.
